Special Pricing for Disaster Relief Bottled Water Programs

Friday, April 23rd, 2010

As a part of ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water’s contribution to Earth Week this year, ECO-Choice Springwater, LLC is making a limited time price reduction offer to facilities that store bottle water as part of the Local, National or International Disaster Relief Programs in their communities.  This limited time price reduction offers the product at approximately 50% off regular pricing with minimum truckload quantity orders.

ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water provides an ideal “Green Solution” for facilities that store or provide water for disaster relief purposes because, in addition to being an environmentally responsible solution to the issues associated with bottled water packaged in traditional PET containers, ECO-Choice Spring Water offers efficient storage and transportation due to its light weight, square carton format.  In fact, approximately 10% more volume of ECO-Choice Water can be stored in the same space required to store traditional PET volumes.  Plus, ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water will guarantee a full 2-year shelf life for the product purchased under this program for Disaster Relief Inventory storage or usage.

For detail on this limited time offer, contact Jennifer Juarez at Snacks on Racks at Jennifer@snacksonracks.com or at 816 505 9131 ext 7002.

ECO-Choice Year One Anniversary

Thursday, April 22nd, 2010

As the USA celebrates Earth Week this month, ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water is celebrating its first anniversary in the marketplace.  ECO-Choice Water’s first shipment was to Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence, Kansas in mid-April 2009 which introduced the bottled water on April 15 of that year as part of the hospital’s “Go-Green” initiative.  Retailer and consumer response to ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water since that time has been quite positive.  The product line is now sold in over 500 retail grocery stores across the USA and distribution is building quickly.  In addition to retail grocery stores, several upscale hotels and C-stores chains are also evaluating the opportunity to sell ECO-Choice Water in their establishments.

The rapid acceptance of ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water seems inevitable given that recent consumer studies indicate that “29% of U.S. consumers state that packaging that is better for the environment influences their Brand Selection”.  The environmental advantages of the type of SIG Combibloc aseptic packaging used for ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water are well documented, from the sustainability of the raw materials used to produce the cartons (wood from managed forests) to its easy recyclability where collection systems exist.  Even The Climate Project has recognized the environmental responsibly inherent in this type of  aseptic packaging and, in fact,  ECO-Choice Springwater, LLC donates one cent for every carton of water sold to The Climate Project.

We thank our new and loyal customers for making our first year such a big success!  We promise to continue to strive to do all we can to be the “eco-friendly” alternative in the bottle water business.  For more information about ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water, visit our website.
