ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water Return Policy
We do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days from the date your order was originally delivered, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of ECO-Choice Natural Spring Water for any reason, please fill out and return our Return Form 
. We must have the form properly completed to ensure we can access the original order.
Upon receipt of the returns form, an agent of the ECO-Choice brand will review the request and contact the consumer within 72 hours if we have questions. If you do not hear from us, we will process your refund request and you should receive either a credit to your credit card or an exchange of the item within 30 days.
We can only refund the original credit card used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.
